Default Answered: The Happy Family (1952) *solved*
This film that's buzzing around my head is B/W 50's about a household holding out against demolision to make way for the Festival of Britain site on London's South bank..Keep thinking of 'The House of Lord or The Last House' or something.... any ideas of the title????

You've got it buzzing round mine now, because I think I've seen it. All I can remember is that one of the family was psychic and used a ouija board. When the Government tried to deliver a compulsory purchase order, the board spelled out the word "Robespierre", indicating that a revolutionary attitude was called for.

As for what the film was called, or who was in it . . .
