Default Unanswered: a film about a weird couple
I am looking for the name of a movie about a woman that has to get married as she is part of some elections. I think she has to find someone with blue blood.

the best thing i remember is that the man she decides to marry comes late and dressed as a woman at the wedding...he is broke and very childish, but not more weird than her

please.....help!!!
