hope this is the right forum for this one:-
shown during the mid sixties and i think it was called something like:-

the 'chemi-lads mystery' about a chemistry lab and with a few pupils who enjoyed and could solve mysteries around their school -- all i remember was that there was a character in it called Mr pastry or pastrie who was the care taker who used to help them.

cant find any reference to it anywhere today -- my spelling could be way out.
does this ring a bell with anyone please.

Strange how these things work out. I looked up Richard Hearne who played Mr. Pastry and though I couldn't see any description of the above clicked on one of his co stars, Dandy Nichols thinking that she might have worked with him more than once and lo and behold

found references to it but not, as yet anyway, any detailed plots of the episodes.
Anyway i suspect this is one of many that has become lost as the originals could
well have been taped over - maybe someone somewhere abroad may have copies.
