There was a film I watched way back where aliens/monsters attempt to conquer the world via sexual means, including one scene where a nurse tries to seduce a doctor. When the government finds out they have a crack down and I remember the mosters being put in garbage trucks amid rioting. The moster may have been a warewolf actually...
