Default Answered: It's a funny old world for London girls... TV series.
This was a TV series about 2 girls who were on the dole and lived in a high rise flat together.

They were always interacting with a lady at the dole office.

This lady would always threaten to call in the claim checkers (The Sniffers!).

At the end of the series, the dole lady tried to kill the 2 girls.

Please help!

It was called "Dream Stuffing" and was one of Channel 4's early programmes I think.

I remember quite enjoying it, but I have to say that I mainly remember it for the theme song by the late Kirsty MacColl.
