Default 2 Films both with boats

Both of these long shots, not least because my memory of them is so vague:

1: All I can remember was watching a film in the 70s ( but may well have been made earlier) where there are some people having a picnic or drink by a quayside and watching a yacht or boat in lake, and then the boat is blown up -one of their family are on the boat. Sorry - not a lot to go on . A thriller I think.

2. Another thriller, I think possibly a 2nd world war espionage film. There is a scene where a spy is escorted onto a boat which then starts to sail out. There is a boy/ young man on a bike watching from a distance whose role is to see that the spy gets safely away, but unknown to him he's being watched by some others. When the boat starts to leave, the people observing him suss out the situation. Again not a lot to go on, I know but both of these have got me intrigued.

Should have added that the people suss the boy on the bike because he cycles away when the boat has left so they know he was only there because of the boat.
