Default Steve Buscemi short...
Can anyone help me with the title of this short film, which I believe was featured in the early 1990s/late 80's, with possibly Terence Davies' The Long Day Closes...

It starred Steve Buscemi, his character was called Chip, or Kip, or something, and its set in the snowy wastes of Canada, or very northern USA, where he arrives at night at a rural late night bar or club, and sets about chatting up the hostess. It was a great atmospheric piece, and ends just as Buscemi heading towards making a play towards her....but then her husband arrives home.
I hope someone can help me.....

This might be "What Happened To Pete". A 14 minute short directed by Steve Buscemi inwhich he also appeared.

The choice of music lent the film a lot of atmosphere.
Ah Yes, the Soviet Union. All them wheatfields and ballet in the evenings
