Pot Night Channel 4 1995. Need The Name Of A Short Film.

Hi all,
In 1995 channel 4 dedicated an evening of programmes dedicated to Cannabis. There was a short film about two policman who went round a house occupied by two men. The policmen were offered tea in which the two men put cannabis in. Over the course of the short film it shows the policmen getting stoned.

Any help in finding the name of this short film would be appreciated.
