Smile Anyone recognise this horror film?.

I can't remember if this one is british but I'm sure its from the early / mid 70's. I only remember one sequence from it which went like this.

A woman is in a car with her friend. She is in fear for her life from some coven who dress in a 17th century puritanical style. Suddenly the car has stopped on a track and the coven are in front of the car. The woman turns to her friend in the driving seat to do something but her friend is now wearing the attire of the coven and tells her to get out.
She is then taken out of the car, manhandled to the floor and an old big plank put on top of her. Rocks are then placed on her and she starts screaming.

I'm afraid that's as much as I can remember. I don't know if this was a proper film or even a Twilight zone type affair. I'm certainly not expecting to see it on TV anytime soon. I hope that might be enough to jog someones memory!.

Thanks

Its Crow Haven farm that you are talking about. Its a 70's made for tv film and starred Hope Lange and Paul Burke.

Live each day to the full because one day it will be your last.
