Default Unanswered: Detective story ?
I have extremely vague (sorry) recollections of an old, possibly 50's British detective film which I saw about 35 years ago when I was around 15, so it would have been on either BBC or ITV. I think it was about a kidnap and several times during the film, there is a shot of an isolated house, possibly on moors somewhere, where the kidnap victim ? is being held. I apologise for being so extremely vague but the house keeps coming back to me and I am determined to find out what film it was. Any help greatly appreciated.
