Sort of remember a wealthy silver haired guy with receeding hair who is at his villa in the Med with his wife. Not sure how the plot goes but her sister/his lover turns up and they both try and kill the wife. Get involved in a car crash where the sister/lover gets killed and the wife is injured and doesnt remember what has happened. He tries to get her to recover and changes her identity to the sister/lover and lots of Psychological goings on and screaming ensues!

I know the film was made at the end of the sixties and was in colour, but I am not even sure whether it was a British film!

I know the silver haired guy looked a lot like Roy Caunter who played Roy Evans in Eastenders
