I recall seeing a film featuring Mervyn Johns sitting on an Underground train laughing out loud to himself, and the other passengers turning into skeletons. I think Johns may be a war-time film and Johns a Nazi spy. Anyone know the title?

I've not seen it, but perhaps COUNTERBLAST (1948).
