Can anybody help with this I am not sure if it is a film,play or tv drama.I thought it was called Jubilee but I can`t find anything anywhere about it so I may have the title wrong.I saw it on tv in the 80`s or it may have been the 90`s.It was about people on a council house estate celebrating the queens jubilee and was mainly about a single mother who was very poor and couldn`t manage her money,it didn`t have a happy ending and seemed like the sort of thing Ken Loach might do although it wasn`t him.I hope somebody else remembers this and can tell me what it is called.
