Hello, this is my first post



I seem to remember in the 70s watching a scary programme about a nun called Emma who had been bricked up alive in a convent. A couple went to stay in the convent and kept hearing her asking her for help. I have a feeling it was Menace or Armchair Thriller - something in that vein. it scared the hell out of me. Does anyone remember what it is.

There was an episode of the series Menace in 1973 called The Haunting, which had a similar plot. It starred Anthony Bate as a clergyman with Marilyn Taylerson playing his much younger wife. It was set in the early 1900s. They went to live in an old rectory haunted by a nun.

Thanks. I am pretty sure it was Menace. We have just got Quiet as Nun on DVD so I know it was not that one. Does anyone know if you can get Menace - The Haunting (or any of them) or have most of the master copies been lost or something. Think I heard that.
