I have just got work for Sunday so I will not be able to go. I will tell somebody about it who may go see Matter of Life and Death.

By the way, Steve, I might be on my way to contacting Margot Fitzsimons. Allegedly she is Maureen O'Hara's sister. I'll ask Maureen when she is in Harrods (Sep 18th) for a book signing (of her autobiography).

Getting the DVD or video is very useful (I've got shelves full of them) but nothing beats seeing them on the big screen as they were intended to be seen.

If anyone does go & sees me there (photo) do say hello & introduce yourself.

I'll be the one sobbing through various parts of AMOLAD.

It was a great way to spend a not overly hot Sunday afternoon. About 2/3 full and seemed to be much appreciated by all who were there.

I was surprised at the number of people who hadn't seen them before though. What do they teach people nowaday?

I'm almost envious, that you have such a pleasure to look forward to. There's nothing quite like the first time (or the first time for a very long time). Although it still works for me (tears were shed) despite having seen it so many times.

Enjoy

Hi Steve

I heard from Margot Fitzsimons of IKWIG. She is one of Maureen's sisters. She lives in Virginia state.
