Thought I'd post news of this event at the National Theatre here rather than in the Dates for your Diary section for maximum exposure:

16th October 2008 6pm

UNICEF ambassador and legendary screen actor, Roger Moore, talks about his long and illustrious career, from The Saint and The Persuaders! to his iconic portrayal of 007, on publication of his candid and witty memoir, My Word is My Bond.

This Platform is followed by a booksigning

Tickets are only £3:50 or £4:20 including postage, more details at:

I think such an elderly gentleman will find signing over 1,000 books enough.......I don't think he will be signing your old CDs or SAINT DVD sets as well !
