Does anyone know when and where the British writer director John Harlow died? He directed films from 1940 until the mid 50s.

After I posted this item, I was told about the site LES GENS DU CINEMA by a forum contributor. That site says that John Harlow died May 15, 1956. The site does not list a specific reference for this date.

I have just found John's death. He was born John Curnock Harlow on 19/8/1896 Ross on Wye and died April-June 1977 in Wandsworth, London registration distict.
