Joanna Lumley, the actress, has said she would love to be a Bond girl again, because her first appearance was a career highlight.

Speaking as she was announced as the host for an evening of James Bond music at this year's Henley Festival, she said: "The very words 'James Bond' bring a rush of excitement to my heart; even though it was 45 years ago, even though I really only had two lines in the film ON HER MAJESTY'S SECRET SERVICE, I am as proud of being a Bond girl as of anything else in my career."

Lumley will present SHAKEN & STIRRED with music from the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra on July 13.

"I can't wait for this spectacular Bond night on the river.
