I've tried an image search "Art Deco London" and got some pretty close matches but nothing exact, sorry but good luck
Does anyone know this building? The revolving door motif suggests 'HH' and the frieze above the door looks unusual.
And this road junction?
Sorry about this one but I suppose the film makers thought we wouldn't notice.

The road junction is West Cromwell Road and Cromwell Crescent.

Wadey, thank you for you efforts and Alan F thanks, once again, for some outstanding work.

If this was an MGM production I'd be saying it was the admin block at the front of the studios.
In answer to Anthony's question I must say that the film was made at Riverside Studios, Hammersmith.
Can anyone place these grabs which appear in the film as if they are all sort of near one location. As you can see the last one has a street sign reading Cathcart Road and I have looked, and looked again, at googlemaps but can't get the grabs to fit. Of course the other shots could be nowhere near Cathcart Road. Any guesses?

The last shot is the junction of Cathcart Road and Hollywood Road:

Second from last is the opposite corner:

Another streetview image, you can see those distinct basement windows as seen the third from last shot, the gate columns are still there but the tops have been removed:

The first shot appears to be Hollywood Road, looking towards Harcourt Terrace/Tregunter Road:

The trees are obscuring the house on the corner with the distinctive tower but an aerial view shows it here in the centre of the image:

Many thanks Marty. Normally I'm half decent at doing this and now I can't see how I missed all those leads - perhaps it needed a fresh pair of eyes. Great work.
The Art Deco building is Nell Gwynn House in Sloane Avenue SW3.
I found it while flicking through "The Spy's Wife", one of the extras on the "All The Right Noises" DVD.
This is Tom Bell leaving NGH, as it was in 1972.....
.....and this is Vladek Sheybal in the revolving door with the fancy metalwork.

Many thanks, once again, Alan F. That's rather nice that you spotted the location in another film and remembered it from my old posting. It was also a nice surprise for Boxing Day.
