The first two are Gloucester Road (corner of Southwell Gardens), which was/is? genuinely on the 49 route.
These first two shots feature a rather distinctive church and the bus (real or a prop?) is a number 49. It all looks sort of SW3,5,7 or 10-ish to me.
The film also features some scenes in Twickenham and the visual suggestion is that the shots below are in the same area.

3 could be Rannoch Road Fulham as the design of the houses match but not sure which turning it is (Wingrave Road maybe)
Many thanks to Alan F and DocRobertPepper. I've just looked at some street views and I think my last two shots show the junction of Rannoch Road and Larnach Road. Therefore it appears the film maker must have put up a phoney street sign for the first word looks like it contains about 12-15 letters while the second word looks like it must read 'Street'. Anyway, many thanks.
Re the first photo Google "Octagonal baptistery" and you get quite a few churches that look like that one - but not that one - yet
There's not much to grasp here but I suppose it could mean something to someone. My initial thought was Euston Road by Somers Town Goods Depot (now the site of the British Library) but I'm not able to make it fit.

Anthony, I think Alan F nailed it with 'The first two are Gloucester Road (corner of Southwell Gardens)'
