This is the same location - within a few 100m that some of the opening sequence of Arthur ( with Keira Knightly) was filmed.
- subject to planning permission & will !
A planning application was submitted in December (18th) which initself is a dubious period to submit such an application what with the xmas & new year period & the natioanl park are going to make a decision by the 20th Jan 2012 - WOW ... that IS quick.
Go to the brecon beacons national park website and get planning details for 11/07498/FUL .. Its a very good read with some interesting details about film making in general.
I made a video of the location should anybody want to see :

Brecon Beacons filming approved by park authority
20 January 12 14:23
A film firm has taken a step closer to being able to use the Brecon Beacons as a location for a movie it wants to keep under wraps.
The area's national park authority, meeting in Brecon, cleared a request to film on Mynydd y Llan near Llandovery.
Any location work would have to be approved by the Welsh government, which has 21 days to respond.
There has been speculation the filming is for the new James Bond film, Skyfall.
The film company, which has not declared its identity or details about the film, says it intends to bring in 200 people for the production near Myddfai, Carmarthenshire.
It says it would need access to the land for a period of three months and permission to create a chapel and manor house. Filming would take place over three weeks.
The agent for the film company says spending of more than £1.4m locally is possible.
The planning application, despite the "down for maintenance" note, can be found by clicking on the link a little bit further down the Brecon Beacons planning page.
Architecturally, the proposed "manor house" looks vaguely Scottish. All fascinating reading and given the details provided it looks like a Bond-scale production...
They've decided not to film here ... was it because WAG denied them ... their verdict was due this week.

"Brecon Beacons film location pull out after James Bond speculation
30 January 12 15:03
A movie production firm has pulled out of location filming in the Brecon Beacons that sparked speculation it was shooting for the new James Bond film.
The film company, which has not declared its identity or details about the film, had asked to use Mynydd y Llan near Llandovery.
"Logistical filming factors" have been blamed for the company pulling out.
The park authority, which had fast-tracked the planning request, said it was "incredibly disappointed".
There had been speculation the filming would have been for the new James Bond movie, Skyfall.
The unnamed film firm had told the park authority's planning officer's that it intended to bring in 200 people for the production near Myddfai, Carmarthenshire.
The agent for the film company involved had said it could spend up to £1.4m locally.
It has said it was looking for access to the land for a period of three months, along with permission to create a chapel and manor house. Filming would take place over three weeks.
Any location work would have needed the approval of the Welsh government but that approval is no longer required.
A spokeswoman for Brecon Beacons National Park Authority said: "We have been informed that the area of Mynydd y Llan will not be used as a film set in early 2012 due to logistical filming factors.
"Of course we are all incredibly disappointed but we always understood that we were just one of many locations the film company was considering.
"From the very early stages of scouting right through to the planning application, our officers have worked particularly hard to make this project happen.
"We hope to encourage more filming opportunities like this in the near future, so we wish the film crew every success and assure them of a warm Welsh welcome should they come back to the Brecon Beacons to film." "
