As you can see this building is presented as being the Australian High Commissioner's residence and perhaps it really is. However, the address is given as Park Crescent, W1 and this certainly isn't Park Crescent. In the film the building is said to be in Regent's Park. Any ideas?

It looks like Hall Barn - with 50% extra added to the left. There are photos on the web that show Hall Barn as above - so I'd be interested to know if the building was remodled, or does it have a 'wide side'.

Can anyone explain why the two photos I posted have been removed? I didn't do it.

    Thanks.

They were removed on PhotoBucket, not here. Either you deleted them or PhotoBucket decided that they violated their terms & conditions

When you put an image on here it is (usually) just a pointer to the image that is stored elsewhere, like on PhotoBucket.
When people read the message here they are really including the image from PhotoBucket every time they read your message.

So if you delete the image on PhotoBucket, people reading your message here can't include the photos any more

Thanks for the clarification Steve. I did remove them from PhotoBucket, my stuff was getting too cluttered, but I didn't suspect that that would remove them from my Britmovie posting. However, the answers to my original question are still there so everyone can still see it's Hall Barn, Beaconsfield.

The building poking out of the top of the grab is the GPO Tower (well it was then) but even with that clue I still can't place where this is.

Taken at the corner of New Cavendish Street and Duchess Mews.
The houses on the left are in Portland Place, the junction with New Cavendish Street.

Very many thanks. I had been searching much too close to the GPO Tower and totally thrown myself off. Anyway, many thanks.

Presumably a real bus route and presumably a fire station in the distance. But where?

Oakley Street SW3 (again). I recognised the buildings on the left from the "30 Is A Dangerous Age, Cynthia" thread.

Thanks again Alan. However, I have no idea why these grabs keep coming and going for I certainly did not remove them from PhotoBucket this time.
