These pictures look like Regent's Park to me but I can find no reference to such a fountain. Could this be within Queen Mary's Gardens? Or am I way off?

It has been moved around a bit.

Originally standing by Park Lane in Hyde Park, and subsequently Regent's Park in the sixties. It was moved back to Hyde Park and its current location in 1994.
So it might have been in Regent's Park in 1969 (or shortly before then, when this was filmed).

Thanks again to Alan F. And with the GPO Tower (let's call it by its proper name) looming so close the location has to be Regent's Park.
Well it appears that the 'Boy and Dolphin' fountain once stood in Broad Walk, Regent's Park, and I would imagine it stood somewhat south of Chester Road. I think my second shot shows the view south along Broad Walk with Outer Circle in the distance.
Not much to go on with this one but the television shop appears to be a corner site Radio Rentals with a bus route on the other street, behind camera. I don't have access to a Kelly's for 1969, or too close to that year, so I've had no luck with that sign, above the dustbin, seeming to read 'The Harry Michaels Group'. The film contains several W1 locations, north of Wigmore Street, so perhaps this is in that area too.

It's the corner of Baker Street and Dorset Street W1. Radio Rentals is now Visioncare opticians
That's great work, once again, Alan F.
Yes, that fountain was in Regent's Park until the mid 1990s when that part of Regent's Park was re.modelled, if that's the right word.
It appears in this clip from 1988...at about 2:41
