    was gutted to find out that this second cd of this
    superb album was recently available (released two years ago)
    but now its deleted/unavailable !!!
    can any of you guys tell me if i can find a copy anywhere ?
    more than happy to donate to it .

    but it's clearly a ridiculous price !
    why have they limited its availability ?
    i thought the original was a one-off, so haven't bothered to see if there was another.
