As fine a song as "All Time High" surely is, I often wonder why the guys didn't rise to the challenge of including the film title in the song. I mean, after all the camp inuendo-laden lines of previous efforts: "He has a powerful weapon" anybody?
Maybe they were just flummoxed by the directness of it. I thought I'd try my own though: Quote:

Cubby Broccolli once said that 'All Time High' was one of his favourite Bond songs and that it was, at one time, the most requested song on AM radio in the US. Bats.

Is it not that 'Octopussy' is just too difficult to work as part of a lyric? Apparently, Barry and lyricist tried to make a theme song of 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service', before opting for an instrumental only.

Does the new Casino Royale song include the title in the lyrics? I don't think it does, does it?
Of course, instead of asking you, I could have just checked myself. In fact I'll do both, hold on... ...No! It doesn't!
