Hi, hopefully someone can help me and help settle an argument. “Kingdom of Heaven” directed by Ridley Scott and music by Harry Gregson-Williams, my question is:
On the soundtrack, there are certain tracks that were not written by HGW specifically the classical piece heard whilst the king was dying/dead and lying in state, I’m sure that I have heard it before, any suggestions. Regards |

It's the opera track, Vide Cor Meum, from Hannibal, with lyric derived from Dante's Vita Nova.
The vocal track at the end is Chansoneta farai, Vencut, by Raimon de Miraval, recorded by the Ensemble Convivencia.
