Default Poor Cow soundtrack

Just read this interview below with John Cameron, composer of Kes, Poor Cow and many more. Was wondering if the soundtrack for Poor Cow was/is available for purchase?

Hi,
I'm a big fan of this film but unfortunately I don't think there was a soundtrack album release, which is a pity 'cause there are some good tunes here (The Lovin' Spoonful, The Ivy League, Donovan et al).
Two of the Donovan songs, "Colours" and "Poor Cow" (aka "Poor Love") appear on numerous of his albums/compilations, but the song "Be Not Too Hard" that accompanies the opening credits of the film, has never been officially released.

All the best,
Chas.

Kes was released for the first time a few years ago on Trunk Records [ KES ]. Maybe they will also release Poor Cow in the future

An odd choice, Kes wasn't particularly known for its soundtrack music. Whereas Poor Cow had the Donovan songs and various other sixties music.

"Poor Cow" by Donovan was issued as the "B" side to his 1968 hit 45 "Jennifer Juniper" on PYE 7N.17457. A completely different version to that used in the film but brilliant nevertheless.

I would imagine a soundtrack album at the time would've been too complex due to the inclusion of many commercially available tracks, such as "Peek-A-Boo" by The New Vauderville Band in addition to those already mentioned.

Hopefully one day perhaps though!
