I wonder, does anyone know the name of the slow jazz music track (and artist) that was playing when Alison Steadman was dancing close with one of her guest's husband?

I caught a bit of this when it was shown the other night. It's regarded as something of a classic I gather.......... All I could think, while I listened to Alison Steadman was, ".... and people say Patrick McGoohan does some strange accents?......"

Is it her accent, or just the convoluted phrases she uses to try to sound posh?

Definitely the voice. It seemed vaguely northern more than posh........ (eek! wot av i done)

Do you mean who?....... Major Cabot of course (McGoohan's spaghetti western cavalryman with one of the most bizarrely brilliant accents ever).
