FOLLOW THAT CAMEL Music question

I have been trying for years to find out what the very short piece of music which is played towards the end of Follow that Camel is. It sounds like German(?) marching music.

It's a German march entitled



Oh Heideroslein - by Gerhard Winkler



and I have a sneaking suspicion, it was rather popular with Nazi Stormtroopers

(who, I think, recorded the version we hear on the soundtrack)
