Yes, a five disc set is way beyond my expectations. Hats off to Network for coming through on this one.![]()

Likewise here.
I've listened to the first few tracks and have to say that it is (as I expected) rather cool!

You rotten sod .... you're making me jealous!![]()
Thing is though Bats, having seen the series once or twice () I can tell which piece of music matches which scene without having to refer to the booklet. How sad is that?

I'll probably have the same problem!![]()
One thing I wasn't expecting to ever play on my CD player is the out of tune recital at the church hall (which, incidentally, I went to photograph yesterday) by the elderly pair in The Sitting Pigeon, where McGill and Rufus Blake go to hide before going back to the botanical gardens.
Mine arrived today! I have been out in the car for a lot of the day with McGill as company. Terrific stuff!
It's superb isn't it? Very distinctive and recognisable.

Most definitely ..... a real triumph for Network. I wonder why they chose MIAS?
I'm glad they did.![]()

..and the fact that all the original tapes were accessible.
Just got my copy of the 5 disc boxset today. Beautifully packaged, going to take me weeks to digest. Still only on disc one - be interested to know what other people's highlights are? As it is, 12 tracks in and I feel the urge to wear something corduroy, smoke like a Turk and get thrown out of a moving car (in Manchester). Or maybe do some weird dancing down a basement discotheque. Or save Rodney Bewes from killing himself...
