    My nominations are :-

    Anything from/to do with Titanic

Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head from Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid

(Not quite a "song", as such ....) Margot Kidder's Can You Read My Mind from Superman

    and

    Moon River
    from Breakfast at Tiffanys

(Yeh, yeh, I know, I'm probably sound like a bit of a phillistine)

The soundtrack from Fearless was utterly appaling. Sawing away in the background like that. I'd sooner have watched the film next to a building site.

Also hated the soundtrack from Moulin Rouge. It put my teeth on edge.

If they are so forgettable .... how come you remember them so well?

Do you mean "I wish they could be ...." ?

Worst soundtrack ever has to be to The Counterfeit Contessa. It was more a reduced instrument theme that could be used in The Littlest Hobo or one of those awful Disney films where some domesticated animals take on the world and win.

I must wash myself now, to get the distaste off.
