The music will be performed by the London Symphony Orchestra and the London Symphony Chorus, conducted by Dirk Brossé.

In 1997, Patrick was diagnosed with leukaemia but was successfully treated and is now in remission. Join Patrick, Kenneth and friends on the night to help give everyone with a blood cancer the best possible chance of survival.
