    All married to film directors except Ida Lupino who actually was a director (as well as an actor)???? Or is that too simple?

    Nearly there a litttle more specific though.

    It is to do with spouses and direction.

    Ida Lupino is the OOO for she directed at least one husband, Howard Duff, while the other ladies were directed by their husbands?



    Make that two, Collier Young was also directed by her.

    Well done Additionally, they were all regnant; Dame Helen did play another British Queen in the Madness of King George, but she was a consort.
