Yes it would.

But I did not realize he had played the Führer twice.

I am looking for him in another better-known film. Which when it first opened was not a commercial success due to a tragedy affecting one of the leads. It is now a great cult favourite. To confuse matters IMDb does not credit Dugan as Hitler in this film
