Since no one has hazzared a guess on this one I am going to reaveal the answer
The city is York where Judi Dench, Francis Matthews and Mark Addy were born and the OOO is John Barry as he compsoed the music for Deadfall and had an uncredited part and like the others was born there.

I think Charles Laughton and Wilfred Pickles were Roman Catholics. At least Laughton went to Stonyhurst and Wilfred Pickles was married in a Catholic church. Can find no Roman connection to Felix however.
