That's Zeph Gladstone who used to play salon owner Vera in CROSSROADS...

Also very good in THE AVENGERS 'How to succeed at Murder'...

In the pic with Andrew Burt, I think - the original Jack Sugden from EMMERDALE.

Until I watched a couple of episodes recently I'd completely forgotten he was in it. He really does look only about 19 though I think he was actually 30ish
