It is indeed TheFutureMrCaptainWaggett. Not Poirot though he seems to wearing the same costume he had in that. The chap on the right is very famous.

In his autobiography Burt Reynolds spoke about working on this show. He moaned like hell about DM 'simply turning up to do his work' and then going home or going off to play golf ... and, because he was the star, he got paid more than Burt!
