It's a bit gtricky but to disuise it properly you should save it from the web site to your desktop, giving it a file name that doesn't give any clues as to the content.
Then log in (register if necessary) to an image hosting site like Photobucket. The free ones are adequate for your purposes.
The upload the image from your desktop to the image hosting site
Then you just have to copy the address of the image on the hosting site and put that in our message.

Easy really

That one not only had the filename very similar to the title, but clicking on the image took you to the Wikipedia page about the show
