Caine was under the illusion when he made these that they were for the big screen said so in a number of interviews at the time. It was reported at the time that he was not best pleased when the Palmer films went to video.

Sorry, didn't realise that was aimed at me...No, not a Scrooge or anything like that. Try and name the actor in the coat - he's better known now - and the setting is relevant to the subject matter.
