A little wishful thinking on your part, Steve. It is indeed Timeslip with Denis Quilley disguised under a birds-nest

It was actually my go before Star Cops.

It is considered polite to wait for the answer to be given ..... there seems to be a lot of this impatience creeping in recently.

It might be a better idea if you organised this game more sensibly instead of impugning the manners of those who haven't the time to keep a scorecard.

Put me on the waiting list until you've got it sorted out.

The game doesn't need organising. It works perfectly well when people stick to the rules. They are very easy to follow.

Also, nobody keeps a scorecard because the game isn't about scoring points off each other.

The correct answer was The Owl Service.

This is what happens when people keep jumping the queue; it puts the whole thread out of sync.

Before taking a go which isn't legitimately your own, you should first PM the person whose go it actually is and, as a matter of common courtesy ask permission.
There are members who have jobs to go to (and lives to live) and who may take a little time to get back to the thread.

Patience is a virtue.

DS x.
