Something a bit different .... not a picture, but the lyrics of the title song.

You were born one mornin'
Woke up where the ceilin' fell
Born one mornin'
Woke up where the ceilin' fell
You learned ev'rything you know in six days
On the seventh day you knew it very well

You trusted pretty women
A pretty woman had you tied and bound
You trusted in the bottle
But in the end they're gonna cut you down
You tried ev'rything that's goin'
Then leave it all to fate this time around

I told you, baby, you and me
We've been through this before
I told you, baby, you and me
We've been through all this before
You keep on nibbling at that ??????
Don't blame me when you have ?? ????

Your Mama called you Jimmy
But she should have called you misery
Yeah, your Mama called you Jimmy
But you know she should have called you misery
She should have called you sorrow, ????? ?????? ?????
Should have ???? you instead of me

You been down so long, it looks like ?????, baby
Ain't that a shame
Down so long it looks like ?????
Ain't that a shame
You know your luck might change tomorrow
Then again it might stay just about the same

I know this because I looked it up recently when the star of the show needed help with our photocopier! It's Hazell, the 70s-est series ever made!

And one of my personal favourites.

Can't agree about it being the 70s-est series ever .... that honour must go to either Jason King or The Adventurer .... all that 'glamour' and still so brown!

OK, this one isn't exactly tv but...

ETA, when I say not exactly a tv programme, I should really be saying, not a tv programme at all.

Sung by Maggie Bell. Andy Mackay of Roxy Music played the sax , which together with the subtle whistle made it quite suited as a theme for a Private Eye.He also drove the original 3litre V8 Triumph Stag.
Still got the original 45 release.

Is it radio version of a TV programme? My Uncle Fred's birthday lunch?

More info needed.

That's Ballard Berkeley .... he was in The Archers. Penfold guessed at The Archers a while ago. If not, it could be Wrinkles.
