*Feels better* It was only the last question I didn't know and that wasn't actually about AMOLAD.

There were a few that weren't actually about the film, so 9/10 is pretty good.
With a bit of guesswork (on those that weren't about the film) I of course got 10/10

So how about:
It's night over Europe. The night of ... when?

Well I got two right

However as only four of the questions were actually about the film itself, I'm claiming that as 50%, which aint bad for a dumbass like me............

I give you the answers yet you still want multiple choice?
My quiz is looking for knowledge, not lucky guesses
(I never did like multiple choice questions, much too easy)

Especially as 5 questions (in the first set) are about the film itself
But I suppose that you could claim that the mis-count was due to the same reason

Oh yes! The Bob in the Film question was too, I guess....

I must admit, I was going to go to arbitration but after re-reading the list two more times, I finally grasped which was the fifth. Slow..... but I'm getting the hang of it.

All I've got to do now is work out what percentage 2 out of 5 is.....
And stop entering quizzes................

One of the 'Puritans' in the heavenly audience was a dead spit for Peter Sallis..... until it dawned on me that he would have been quite young in 1945, so it couldn't have been.

And remember that that was all done without CGI
The shots of ranks of people in the distance would have been paintings or models, but there are lots of people shown in medium close-up as well. They just grabbed as many bodies as they could from whoever was hanging around the studio. There are no official records of who they were but a few people have confessed to having been used.

Geoff van Rijssel was a member of the 21st Independent Parachute Company and was filming Theirs Was the Glory, the semi-documentary version of operation Market Garden (Arnhem and The Bridge too Far). Geoff got roped in.

John Huntley was doing various jobs in various departments around Denham. Later he went on to create the very important Huntley Film Archives. John was roped in.
