That looks like the original Cheeky Chappie to me, Mr. Max Miller (There'll never be another !)

A lot of his films are missing believed lost....apart from a much repeated clip of him doing stand-up, I've never seen him on film...

Bit of a Bay Window, what??

Because I think I know the other chap in the picture, I have researched an answer but won't post it as it's not 'from memory/knowledge'...

'Tis indeed the 'Cheeky Chappie' .... there's a seller on e-bay who has a 2 dvd Miller set (5 films) for sale for a fiver, but this film is not among them. I believe it is not one of the 'lost' films.

I think I recall seeing Friday the Thirteenth on television many moons ago, but apart from that I haven't seen any Miller films, so "research" it will have to be. That leads me to Everything Happens to Me.

Start every day with a smile and get it over with.

I don't recognise any of those chaps. The one in the middle is a bit Bill Travers-ish but the film looks abit too old for him to be in it.

I can't take much of the credit for that really - vaggmk1938 was the true victor!

My go? I have enough trouble SOLVING them, let alone setting them! I'll try and slip one in when you're least expecting it. (Yes, yes, I know about that actress and the Bishop!)

Starry x.

Could the one on the left be Raymond Huntley?
