She's appeared on screen rather more than the average "socialite and theatrical lyricist".
Thirty six entries on IMDB no less including major parts in two famous costume series. The first picture is from a series written by one Russell T Davies. She also appeared in one radio series for 13 years (and actually died minutes after recording an episode).
As for her husband - his career stretched from 1934 to 1969 and included one film by The Master of Suspense...
