    images.jpghouse_on_haunted_hill.jpgWatched again the hilarious and vocally silent 'fright' sequence in Wm. Castle's 'The Tingler'. They must have had a lot of fun fiming that sequence! When you see the part where Judith is locked in the bathroom-shoulders heaving from left to right as she wrestles with the door knob-viewing her death certificate on the cabinet door-the wide eyed (Crawford-ish) fear at the clenched fist arising from a blood filled (colourised) bathtub-priceless! It's hard to choose between Leona Anderson as 'Mrs Slydes' (House On Haunted Hill) in the cellar or Judith!
