In the recent obituaries for the late Dana Wynter I believe it was Windthrop who was looking forward to seeing Shake Hands with the Devil. It's on TCM on Tuesday at 5pm and repeated on Wednesday morning at 9am. It's certainly one of my favourites. Apart from Dana, there's Michael Redgrave, Richard Harris, Sybil Thorndike,Glynis Johns and others. (And that's just the Brits). Enjoy.

I'd certainly recommend that one too IMHO any film featuring both Michael Redgrave and James Cagney has to be worth seeing.

Well Mr Cagney had Irish roots and Sir Michael played W B Yeats in Young Cassidy, how much more Irish can you get I imagine the blessed Niall was otherwise engaged which is a shame

    Oops

The Captain's blindness to his presence in films must be catching....
