Default The Godfather Part 111

The home video version runs about 8-9 mins longer than theatrical release. Can anyone say for sure what all the extra footage is. Also are there any projectionists out there who remember where the intermission was placed on its 1991 theatrical release.

cannot answer your query, but this film would have benefitted from some drastic cuts or better still should never have been made after the masterpieces that was 1 & 2. In my mind a blot on the series.

An extra 8 mins of Sophia Coppola smirking one side of her face? Or perhaps some valuable added footage of Al Pacino BELLOWING?

In reflection,it wasn't a bad film, but it was just overshadowed by the previous two masterpieces.

I suppose the law of diminishing return applies after the excellence of 1 and the brilliance of 2. For me 3 was a major major disapointment.
