I knew someone who was at a bar, Jim Davidson strolled in and pretended to be god, a real bighead .Russ Abbot was there buying everyone drinks and said Davidson is known to be a creep but doesn't surprise me, never liked him

I used to work for Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward..absolutely genuine, lovely people with no side to them.

Daniel Craig is quiet but usually OK in my experience..seen him out and about in Thirsk a few times believe it or not..he is hit and miss.Never hugely friendly but sometimes downright rude apparently.

Australian actor Bryan Brown is totally down to Earth

Paul McEwan ( emmerdale and a few horror films) is really nice

I once worked with Claudia Christian..the first time we informally met the manager of the restaurant eventually came over and asked us to stop laughing long enough to order something. We'd been in there for 2 hours and not even picked the menu up!Her co-star Jeremy Bulloch is an absolute gentleman and I've never heard anyone say a bad word about him.Fiona Reynard from the same production is an absolute delight and sent me a bottle of scotch when I had toothache.

Julia Bradbury ( Watchdog) is hilarious as is her sister Gina..

Matthew Marsh is a lovely guy..

Deborah Moore is charm itself ( like all her family)

probably millions of others and I'll add as I remember them..

I used to work a lot with the late Peter Brayham Ollie's ( and many others) stunt co-ordinator.His tales of working with Mr Reed had me weak with laughter

Jack Hawkins, always what I would call the perfect gentleman. Unfailingly always polite and pleasant to all who aproached him .
A true professional when working with him . I have happy memories of him.

Lance Henriksen (Bishop in Aliens/Frank Black in Millennium) at LA Airport,he was behind me as I was going through security there and I could hear this deep voice (his voice is the same on/off screen ) voice that I knew from somewhere and turned around and it was him and we chatted and he told me about how bad one of the Alien films he had worked on and I quote "What a s**t film that was" hmmm I believe he was referring to Alien3. Nice guy though.

Ernie Hudson (of Ghostbusters fame, not actually met him just saw him ) this was on the plane arriving at LA Airport.

It was an awesome time as my partner was with me too.

I spent a few hours in the company of Max Wall in the late 70's. Humble, classy and amusing.

Dennis Waterman, I saw him last night in a Minder Episode, he was good in that role. I have had a whinge about him not too long ago but credit where it is due, Terry Mcann was a good character.

I met Ray Barrett on a plane between London and New York, he was absolutely charming, but then again I was gorgeous at the time. Also met Harry Secombe in flight, he was just as you would imagine him. Yes in those days I was a hostie. aaahh youth!!

Slightly off topic I know, but I once met Jarvis Cocker in the most unlikely of places.. In a cafe in France. A very elegant man, he signed my napkin and even posed for a photo. He also commented on my Northern accent. Can't say fairer than that.
