"Lost in Translation". 2 hours of my life I cannot hope to get back.

If I'm honest, The last couple of Harry Potters have made me itch to smack the cinema manager, just to get thrown out.

Star Wars Episode 1, god it was excruciatingly boring.

Francis Ford Coppola's Dracula. I actually tried to go to sleep in the cinema with this one..

and A.I was another that made my brain want to melt out of my ears......

Would that be The Man Who Fell to Earth? The Man Who Sold The World was Dave's excellent 1971 LP.

I loved Waterworld but agree about Batman Begins, it went on forever. I still think Batman Returns is the worst of the Batman films though.

I agree about that: Michelle Pfeiffer, Christopher Walken and a latex catsuit were the only things that kept me going during that (not necessarily in that order!)

One of the most boring films ever must be the rarely seen "Renaldo and Clara." with Bob Dylan, dont get me wrong I love Bob, but a pile of old tosh. Ok the concert footage is ok, but his Bobness is having a laugh.

Anyone seen "Song Of Norway." all the way through, I tried once , not for the faint hearted.

Speaking of Bob Dylan (I am a fan and I have all of his albums) he has never made a decent film except for his bit part in PG&BTK. 'I'm not there' is a dreadful homage to him, though not Bob's fault this time.

I liked his cameo in Dennis Hopper's Catchfire. Everyone in the cinema laughed when he turned up.

Hearts Of Fire, was an awful Dylan film, the soundtrack must be a bit of a collectors item. It was Richard Marquands final film and some of scenes were filmed in Wales, Dylan wasnt in any of these scenes. One scene was shot in Barry Island fun fair and I they might filmed other scenes in the Rhonda Valley, not sure about that though.
