At the risk of lowering the tone...

From "They Live", surely the most over the top macho line...

"I'm here to chew bubblegum and kick ass. and I'm all out of bubblegum!"

Not quite Shakespeare but it has a certain charm.

Yes, he's a lovely man. He was very nice when I met him and laughed when I asked to shake the hand that throttled Roger Rabbit

"England expects that every man will do his duty"

in Lady Hamilton

Nelson! One of the great macho lines of all time!

Hereafter, in a better world than this,
I shall desire more love and knowledge of you

Alec Guinness saying simply:

"Cheers!"

to his Japanese antagonist in The Bridge on the River Kwai.

Hereafter, in a better world than this,
I shall desire more love and knowledge of you

Choose one or all from A Man For All Seasons, delivered by the incomparable Paul Scofield:

"I am commanded by the king to be brief, and since I am the king's obedient subject, brief I will be. I die His Majesty's good servant, but God's first."

or this interchange:

Sir Thomas More: (to the executioner) I forgive you, right readily. Be not afraid of your office: you send me to God.
Archbishop Cranmer: You're very sure of that, Sir Thomas?.
Sir Thomas More: He will not refuse one who is so blithe to go to Him.

Hereafter, in a better world than this,
I shall desire more love and knowledge of you

From Cromwell ... Charles I actually said this before his execution ....

Is it cold?

Yes your majesty.

I had had better wear a second shirt, I wouldn't want them to think I was shivering with fear.

Having pain is the worst thing in the whole world!
